Instructions:
In a small cup, dissolve the sugar into the hydrous water. You might want to ready the yeast in the water by letting it mix for 5 to 10 minutes and ensure it is foaming on its own.
In a medium sized bowl mix flour and salt. Create a hole in the middle of the well surrounded with the flour mixture, and pour in the olive oil with the activated yeast mixture.
Mix in a big bowl by using either a wooden spoon or your hands, stir until you have a rough dough.
Whisk together the dry ingredients until they are evenly dispersed and rub in the coconut oil. Then slowly drizzle the milk and fold in the walnuts. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
Roll up the dough into ball and put it in a bowl which has been rubbed with oil. Place a bowl over the dough and use plastic food storage or a clean kitchen towel as a cover to let it rise in a warm, draft-free room for around 1-2 hours or until it goes double in size.
After the dough has been powered up, set up your oven to 475°F (245°C) and grease a pizza pan or baking sheet lightly.
Pinch down the dough and eliminate air pockets out of the dough and then transfer it into the prepared pan.
This can be done by hand, using a rolling pin or the outside of the pan where your hands will flatten the dough to spread the dough into the pan. In case of the dough returns back to its original shape (springs back), then we need to wait for 2-3 minutes and then can continue.
Lastly, once the dough is stretched and rolled out, prick the entire surface with a fork to prevent little air pockets from forming as the biscuits bake.
Place the crust in the preheated oven and let it bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown and crisp on the edges.
Cut off the crust and let it rest on the oven for a short time, after which you are ready to add various toppings such as extra cheese, mushrooms, chicken or sausage, Olives, and a mixture of delicious cheese.
